Services
Due to the nature of professional services:

All payments made for tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of services.

If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, no refund will be issued for time already spent or services rendered.
Appointments

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are not eligible for refunds.

In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to reschedule.

Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including templates, spreadsheets, guides, and downloadable resources, are final and non-refundable due to the instant access and digital nature of the products.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances where:

A duplicate payment was made, or

A technical error occurred on our end.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
