Services

Due to the nature of professional services:

• All payments made for tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of services.

• If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, no refund will be issued for time already spent or services rendered.

 

Appointments

• Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are not eligible for refunds.

• In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to reschedule.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including templates, spreadsheets, guides, and downloadable resources, are final and non-refundable due to the instant access and digital nature of the products.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances where:

• A duplicate payment was made, or

• A technical error occurred on our end.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
